We have conducted typical conventional apartment appraisals (Garden, Mid & High Rise) as well as mobile home parks & proposed construction and mixed-use properties. The following is a sampling of some of the major questions and factors we consider when appraising an apartment: Amenities (Pool? Clubhouse? Gym? Laundry room), rent control, utilities including in rent, what are cap rates in area & for property type.
